The state agency created by the legislature in Kansas to offer first time home buyer programs is the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation. Here is a summary of the current first time home buyer programs that are offered:

First Time Home Buyers Program (FTHB) :
At this time, KHRC’s First Time Homebuyers Program is out of funding. The next funding round will begin September 1, 2006. The current program is undergoing revisions and KHRC anticipates the changes will be implemented no later than August 1, 2006.
